What is FORM?

Form is built and led by passionate coaches who all strive for the same thing, to make each member feel welcomed, included and dedicated to meet your fitness and lifestyle goals.

FORM Group

A group programme designed to increase your overall movement and strength with a balance of mobility, strength based exercises and fitness in each session. With the small number of people in each session you get a more personalised approach and support and guidance from your coach.

FORM Mum and Baby

You don’t have to press pause on the things you love just because you became a mum. That’s why here at FORM we are adding three mums and baby classes to our schedule. A chance for you to workout with a mixture of strength and cardio based classes but still be there to dip in and out to feed, rock or laugh with your baby whenever you’re needed.

FORM Fit

High energy sessions to boost your fitness, improve endurance whilst keeping it fun. These classes will be a more functional fitness approach to cardio, including bodyweight and also weight based exercises.

FORM +

Similar to our Small Group Personal training sessions, however these sessions will be available to 60yrs+. It is important to maintain muscle and stay mobile if you want to live better for longer. These sessions have a balance of mobility, strength and fitness with the small group support from the coach but with less impact to protect those joints.

Prenatal sessions suitable for beginners to advanced lifters for every stage of pregnancy
Supportive community, coaches and members

A strength-based class designed specifically for pregnancy.
Focused on building strength with smart adjustments as your body changes. Every session is coached with pregnancy physiology in mind, with attention to pressure management, bracing, positioning, and load, so you can continue to feel strong and supported.
Led by a Hatch Athletic coach, the gold standard in women’s health and pre- and postnatal training.
Suitable for beginners through to advanced lifters.

  • Max 8 people in each class

  • Kids allowed up to 18 months
  • Not a pre/post natal class just a chance for you to train with your baby
  • Drop ins available for £15
