FORM Barbells and Bumps
1 Programmed session per week – 5pm every Tuesday
£15 drop in session (no membership)
Prenatal sessions suitable for beginners to advanced lifters for every stage of pregnancy
Supportive community, coaches and members
A strength-based class designed specifically for pregnancy.
Focused on building strength with smart adjustments as your body changes. Every session is coached with pregnancy physiology in mind, with attention to pressure management, bracing, positioning, and load, so you can continue to feel strong and supported.
Led by a Hatch Athletic coach, the gold standard in women’s health and pre- and postnatal training.
Suitable for beginners through to advanced lifters.

FORM Group
£160 per month- 5 programmed sessions per week
- Max 6 members in each class
- Coaches weekly overview of the week to come
- Weekly check ins and feedback

FORM Strength
£130 per month- 3 classes per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
- Max 6 members in each class
- Supportive community members and coaches
- Weekly check ins and feedback
- Coaches weekly overview of the week ahead
- No access to cardio classes
FORM Mum and Baby
£90 per month- 2 programmed sessions per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays @11am)
- Max 8 people in each class
- Supportive community coaches and members
- Kids allowed up to 18 months
- Not a pre/post natal class just a chance for you to train with your baby
- Drop ins available for £15
FORM Fit
£80 per month- 2 classes per week (Wednesday and Friday)
- Max 12 members in each class
- Supportive community from members and coaches

£60 one off- 6 week block
- 1 session a week
- Up to 6 kids in a class
- 4pm for FORM Kids (8-12yrs)
- 5pm FORM Youth (13-16yrs)
- Every Thursday starting the 26th Feb to the 2nd April 2026
