I’m a strength-based personal trainer, having competed at national level in Strongman (yes, the weird truck-pulling sport on TV at Christmas time), with my most recent venture into bodybuilding and callisthenics.

I’ve struggled with pelvic floor dysfunction, even before the birth of my beautiful son, and during the postpartum period, I not only made it my mission to become stronger, more functional and pain-free, but to also support the many women who experience pelvic pain and discomfort.

I am a fully certified Hatch Coach and Menopause Coach, specialising in pre and post natal women, including navigating fertility treatment, IVF, birth trauma, and baby loss, as well as the physical and emotional challenges these experiences can bring.

My mission is to help you build strength, confidence and resilience, no matter your stage of life or training background. If you’re looking to get stronger, feel confident, hit PBs and, dare I say it, look good, but have no idea how to balance it all with work, family and social life – I get it, I’ve walked in your shoes.
